Mrs. Wm. Livingston of Thomson died Sunday at Aurora NL while visiting her daughter Mrs. Lloyd Mather. She had long supported the M E church and lived with daughters in Aurora and Rockford. Funeral at the Methodist Episcopal church Tuesday with Rev Feldwisch of Savanna officiating. Burial in Lower York with a large attendance and floral tributes.

Rachael Tigh Livingston born May 9 1858 in Petersboro Canada was daughter of Klim and Catherine Tugh. She moved to York Township as a child and married William Livingston on September 3 1874 at Fulton. After a long marriage, she was widowed December 10 192? and survived by sisters and many children and stepchildren.

The York Club invites every mother and daughter in York township to a banquet with about 150 expected guests. Tickets are 50 cents per plate, with music by a local men’s orchestra and Rev. Miss Augschwerdt presents the grade school operetta Friday evening at the Opera House. Children perform well with a large attendance expected. Music progress at the grade school has been exceptionally good this year. Plum River bridge on route 80 near Chesnutt Park is in place. cement work is the hardest part and should be finished by mid summer. Mr and Mrs Hazel Nason and Mrs Charles Nason were Thomson callers Wednesday.
