Grange urges labeling and safety actions for agricultural chemicals
The Grange calls for legislation requiring manufacturers to print the latest effective-use date on labels and to include clear warnings. Illinois High School Graduates Offered Engineering Technician Course
The Illinois Division of Highways and University of Illinois will train 150 male graduates aged 17 to 25 in an engineering technician program from June 18 to September 1. Trainees will study at Champaign Urbana and Navy Pier Chicago, earning 250 dollars monthly during training and 300 dollars monthly as full time staff from September 1.
