Rock Creek Grange to Host March Meeting Speaker
The Rock Creek Grange will hold its regular business meeting on Monday March 6 1967 at 8 p.m. in the Grange Hall. Dr Kenneth Turner of Forreston will be guest speaker with 19 other Illinois veterinarians who traveled extensively in Europe and Russia last summer. Refreshments will be served by Mr and Mrs Bernard Diehl. Mr and Mrs Earl Carbaugh and Mr and Mrs Francis Prowant will attend.

Lula MacKensey 83 died Monday morning in Savanna City hospital after a two week illness. Funeral at Mount Carroll Church of God with Rev. David Elis officiating. Burial in Oak Hill cemetery. Born October 17, 1883 in Mount Carroll, daughter of Christopher and Mary Davis. Survived by two daughters, six grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren.
