Stouffer son of Mr and Mrs Jacob B Stouffer Milledgeville Illinois receives two Silver Star awards at Fuchu Air Station Japan for gallantry as RF-4C aircraft commander on Sept 17 and Oct 26 1967. He is a Polo Community High School 1946 graduate and University of Illinois extension attendee. His wife Mary Jo is daughter of Mrs Mary D McGowan Tucson Arizona.

Refreshments were served by Mrs. William Montague and Mrs. Lillian Stoner. Susann King of Darlington Wisconsin visits her grandmother Mrs. Charles Adolph this week.

Iowa youths plead guilty to rural burglary cases
Three Iowa boys, Robert Henecke 15 Delmar and Loyal Anderson 17 Elwood and a 15 year old, pleaded guilty in Car roll county circuit court to burglarizing Kenneth Schneider Jr.’s rural home near Mount Carroll on June 30. They admitted breaking into several farm homes and autos at Timber Lake. Bond set at 5000 each, probation ordered with August 2 court appearance. another youth being sought.
