Babson's Weekly Report Reflects on Gloucester Life
Gloucester Mass July 16 I am back for an annual visit to my old home city. I reminisce on better conditions today due to the machine age mass production and chain stores. Education and youth are threatened by movies radios and comics and liquor remains a concern. The writer laments reduced personal responsibility and warns readers to beware comic magazines.
