Lanark man D D Stitzel dies after long illness
Daniel Dustin Stitzel, 65, lifelong Carroll County resident, died at his Lanark home after six months of poor health. Funeral services were held Monday at the Church of the Brethren with Rev J D Leatherman officiating. He was a founder in church and community life, educated at Mt Morot College and Valparaiso University, and was born August 5, 1876 in Freedom Township.
