IAA Sponsors Meat Promotion Event at Chicago
The Illinois Agricultural Association hosted the Chicago Meat Promotion drawing 150 farm families and industry reps. A food company executive said alternatives to fresh meat won’t replace farmed meat entirely. The event included a breakfast and tours of 25 processing and retail sites in the Chicago area. Gerald Schoeny of Shannon attended.
