Resident May Build Restaurant on Rt 84
Wilbur Bargholz told Thomson Village board he seeks a business zoning permit for property south of his home on Route 84 and a liquor license to pursue plans for a cocktail lounge and restaurant or a year round drive in or liquor and bait shop combination. Construction could begin in spring but may be delayed up to a year depending on circumstances. Bargholz bought the former John Ashpole property after Mrs. Ashpole’s death and has spent his career in the restaurant industry before moving to Thomson.
