Delegation Seeks Construction of Route 80 and 84 in Illinois
A river towns delegation told Governor Small in Springfield they favor early building of Route 80 from Galena to Galesburg, Route 84 west from Taylor Ridge, and Route 85 to Preemption. Governor Small supported the importance of the projects and noted funding limits, with 17 delegates present and Highway Department Superintendent Sheets attending.
