Ogle County youths face trial on statutory charge
May be transferred soon to Ogle County authorities for trial in Oregon the case against Rolland Stoner and Warren Hart both of Shamien. They are alleged to have abused Edna Bowars a sixteen year old girl at a Brookville area ride. Bowars says four rode with them, then sickness and amnesia followed. Bowers filed formal charges. Stoner on parole. If convicted, the two could face penitentiary terms.
