Local notes recount illness and fairs in Clinton region
Miss Isabelle Joens missed teaching last Friday due to illness and stayed with Mr and Mrs Yates in Clinton this week. A Morrison fair drew many locals who also attended a Farm Bureau picnic Saturday. Mrs Hattie Kneale entered two quilts in the Morrison show, winning first and second prizes. Dr Mary Sagner operated on and hospitalised Grace Moyer for appendicitis.
