Last Sunday Winthrop Lodge of Elks held its first outing to Lovells Island by steamer Neptune. Members and guests toured the grounds, enjoyed a clambake and a day of sports, with a moonlight sail aboard the Catherine. Committee leaders included Fred T. Strachan and John J. Gallagher. visiting dignitaries from Woburn and Brookline lodges attended.
