Last Friday at Fort Banks First Sergeant Harry M Stebbins retired after 30 years in the army. His career spanned Cuban Expedition service, multiple unit postings, and a long record of Character Excellent. The Coast Defenses of Boston issued official General Orders praising his exemplary service and long career with the 172nd Company C A C and the Coast Artillery Corps.
