The Health Board asks emergency funding to inoculate all Winthrop dogs free of charge to curb rabies. Of 798 dogs listed, 144 more than 1933, and 44 bites reported in six months with one fatal case. If approved, every inoculated dog will wear a metal tag. Page 5 continues.
