Review demand drives stores to restock weekly
The newspaper has been in high demand with all stores selling out their supply quickly. Orders are raised weekly to meet demand, and further increases will be implemented this week. The Review reaches about 3000 homes in town, with the largest circulation among local media.
Hospital Aid Marches Through February Meeting Highlights
The February 8 regular meeting of the Hospital Aid of Winthrop Community Hospital was chaired by Miss Rosetta Key. Officers reported January subscriptions of 16 dollars and a February Linen Ball net of 481 dollars, with thanks extended to Mrs. Walsh for leading the event. A food sale was set for April 6 with Mrs. W. Lester Harrington as chair. The Purchasing Committee was authorized to buy specified sewing and hospital supplies. Seventy nine items were repaired or added in January with a special all day sewing session producing 99 repairs and 94 new pieces.

Visiting Nurses Plan Annual Drive for April First

Approximately 400 guests witnessed the installation of Gov John Winthrop Post 10 U A W officers in the Elks Ballroom. State Department Commander Phelan spoke and past commander Wilfred M Bennett received a medal. The evening included entertainment, refreshments, and dancing.
