War Ration Book No 2 registration will be held in Winthrop February 22 25 at four district schools. Registration follows alphabetic days A to E on Feb 22 F to L on Feb 23 M to R on Feb 24 and S to Z on Feb 25 from 9 am to 5 pm. Applicants must present War Ration Book 1 and declare canned goods on hand.
