Services Held for Edw G Richardson Former Boston official
Edward G Richardson longtime Boston journalist and former Planning Board chairman died at his home 25 Orlando Avenue after a short illness. Born Roxbury February 7 1871 he spent 25 years with the Boston Evening Transcript and served as City Hall reporter. He later became principal assessor of Boston and later moved into life insurance before his death at home.

Red Cross Elects Officers For 1935
At the December Red Cross Executive Board meeting J A Knudson presented the officer slate for the coming year. Elected were Mrs Elizabeth Floyd as chairman Ex Fernald as vice chairman Mrs Fairfax W Proctor as secretary and Preston B 2 as treasurer. Mrs Mary Hollster Dutch retired as secretary after six years and was elected board member for three years. New secretary Mrs Proc tor was welcomed and assured support. Roll Call progress and precinct chairman efforts were praised with members extending membership opportunities.
