Re Locate Traffic Light on Pleasant Street
Through the Winthrop Branch of the Governors Committee on Street and Highway Safety the traffic beacon on Pleasant street at Lowell road will be moved back to Lowell road. The Public Works Department of the State approved the plan this week. The beacon’s former location hindered right turns from Pauline street onto Pleasant street. Moving the beacon to Lowell road will provide a clear road along Pleasant street for motorists.
