Lieut Robert L OBrien state supervisor of aviation and supply officer of the 26th Air Division died at 9 Wednesday morning at his home in Point Shirley after two months of illness. He flew to Florida on Jan 1 with a 26th Air Division group then contracted influenza and was hospitalized at Peter Bent Brigham. He leaves wife Anna son Robert L OBrien Jr three brothers two sisters and his parents.

Park Commission Plans Repairs At Ingleside Park
Chairman Wheeler of the Park Commissioners said work to fix the Ingleside Park outfield will begin this week. Crews will use gravel loads from sidewalks being dug up to fill the low spot. Grading and seeding has also started at Thornton Park.
