Reed Plumbing Company Discontinues Business and Surrenders Charter

At a May 8 1915 stockholders meeting in Fairmont West Virginia the Reed Plumbing Company voted to discontinue business surrender its charter and corporate franchises convert assets to cash pay debts and distribute remaining funds to stockholders after all obligations are met. A certificate of publication will be filed with the Secretary of State detailing the notice. May 16 1915.
