THARLESTON Feb 24 By Associated Press There is no current indication that a special session of the state legislature will be called and no present intention to call one says Gov Morgan. Tex Commissioner Hallanan claimed a special session might be called later but Hallanan later said he had not forbidden delivery of prepared address. A chamber committee noted no need for extraordinary measures unless needed by changes in the state finances. Morgan stressed no plan to convene a session unless finances require it.
