Deeds filed at the courthouse report Edward Fists of Chicago purchasing 600 acres of Sewickley coal from six parties along Lilia Paw Paw run near Hovdatilie Paw Paw district. Price about $60,000, with C B Hawker representing Hines in the state. Mining plans: three openings and a rapid development, adding to existing coal holdings totaling about 12,000 acres in northern West Virginia as of today.
