Referendum Petitions Filed For North Dakota Laws
North Dakota’s first ballot petitions for the June 30 primary were turned in March 5 by the Independent Voters' association from Fargo, challenging four measures from the 1919 special session. They seek a vote on sheriff, absent voters, investigation laws and an anti red flag initiative, with pages of signatures above 15,000 each.
