Preparations Complete For Opening Chautauqua Program

Preparations are complete for the Valley City Chautauqua opening tomorrow night at Chautauqua Park Auditorium. The 3500 seat hall will host Madame Harriett Labadie in The Doll's House and Brewster's Millions in pictures with free grounds admission and 50 cents for the new auditorium.

Plans for New Congregational Church in Valley City

The community widely welcomes plans shown at Valley City Furniture Co window. The design adapts southern mission style with modern interior, includes gymnasium, Sunday school annex, main auditorium with pipe organ, and extensive class rooms. About 40000 dollars will be needed. subscriptions to fund the project are anticipated.
