It notes organized February 1 1900 and includes a notice of a naturalization hearing set for early November and a clerk’s call for second papers.
Abstract of statement for the year ending December 31 1912 for the North Dakota Mutual Fire Insurance Co of Valley City lists balance sheet details net assets and income from premiums interest and other sources. It shows total income 90 675.54 and total disbursements 80 etc with policy holders dividends and salaries. Also includes mortgage notes cash in bank and premiums outstanding and losses incurred. The document certifies as filed with the North Dakota Commissioner of Insurance and notes authority to transact fire insurance in the state until March 1 1914.
