In Valley City on December 16 1913 the Barnes County Board of Commissioners held a special session to appoint Harry N Olsby as Clerk of the District Court to fill the unexpired term of the late Carl H Olsby. The vote approved Olsby who will file a $10 000 bond with The Northern Trust Company and Dakota Trust Company of Fargo.
