Minot, N D Dec 6 An epidemic of mashers in the city was checked when H K Clay was arrested for disorderly conduct and assaulting a young girl at Soo depot. He was fined 25 dollars or ten days in jail and will serve the sentence. Petra Stromer has returned to the city for the winter after visiting Norway.

Miss Lyford supervisor of the kindergarten hosted a party for twenty five young ladies on her advisee Het last Monday evening. Children dressed as kindergartners played games and sang while two birthday celebrations with cakes and ice cream delighted the young guests.
