Valley City 1913 Water Main Extensions Vote and Actions
Valley City North Dakota City Council met in special session July 10 1913 to extend water mains on Second Third Streets and Third Fourth Avenues for fire protection. Plans estimates and bids were ordered. revenue to be raised by special assessment. Subsequent resolutions and bids for Sixth Avenue sewer and water line work were approved or laid over. payrolls, bills, and committee reports reviewed.
