Miss Frankie Ballinger and Charley McNeely tied vows at the bride’s parents’ home. Frankie Ballinger, a popular Estella teacher, had run a two year school nearby. Neighbors convey their best wishes.

Bryan spoke on conservation focusing on forestry soil and social conditions while Walter L Fisher secretary of the interior addressed on conservation and the public domain.
