Ledbetter guardian for Gracie Berryhill sues Bates Burnett and Southwestern Surety in district court claiming Burnett owes about 75000 dollars from estate assets and misappropriation after guardianship transfers and receipts from oil and gas rentals and notes totaling over 9135.02. The suit charges unaccounted funds while notes and mortgages valued at 7736.67 remained with Ledbetter seeking judgment against the insurer.
