Taylor Falls From Horse in Front of Post Office
Lee Taylor suffered a severe fall from a horse on Wilson Street near the post office, fracturing skull bones and injuring the temple region. Despite immediate care at Dr. Hughson’s office and an operation, he died shortly after one o’clock that afternoon. He was the son of Mr and Mrs R. K. Taylor, from a family well known in the area, with several siblings in the vicinity.
