Oklahoma City December 21 Superintendent R H Wilson released a statement showing that the tax on a $1000 valuation for state educational institutions totaled 469 cents and that state taxes are high this year, but the institutions are not responsible. He opposes the Akin bill abolishing the fourteen schools and the Phillips bill to merge the university and the A and M college at Stillwater. He was named chairman of the executive committee at a meeting of foes. The campaign will be educational only.
