Death of Aged Resident Comes as Winter Toll

An elderly resident of St. Johnsbury Center, long living alone, was found dead in bed by neighbors last Wednesday. Authorities attribute the death to typos or natural causes after a period of illness, with funeral arrangements planned at his late home. Community members note his quiet life and longstanding ties to the town.
