Walter Bade Electrocution At North Fourth Meat Market
Walter Bade of Lake Mills was killed by an electric shock at A. J. O'Brien & Sons meat market on North Fourth street last Tuesday afternoon. He touched a worn extension cord causing a 110 volt current to pass through him. Despite rapid aid from Drs. Kings and Habhegger and use of a pulmotor, he did not recover. A coroner's jury examined the body before it was removed to Schmitter & Oestreich undertaking parlors and then to Lake Mills for burial. Bade, 25, left a widow and noted he had moved to work at the market. He is survived by his widow, parents, a brother, and a sister. Funeral was held Friday.

Farmhand H C Mueller Killed In Grain Wagon Accident
Henry D. Mueller a farmhand for Emil M Uehling of Richwood was killed Monday noon when a grain wagon load toppled as he reached to fix a fallen rein. Born in Milwaukee in 1885, he is survived by his parents and a brother. he was engaged to be married. The remains were sent to Milwaukee for funeral services.

Death by Own Action at 500 Division Street
Frank Behling aged about 53 took carbolic acid and hanged himself at his home on Sunday night and was found Monday morning by John Guetzlaff. He left two letters dated Friday to Edward Schmutzler and Ferdinand Krueger asking for funeral arrangements and to pay expenses with any left over funds sent to his brother Henry Behling in Medford Oregon. The deceased had lived with his mother until her death January 8 1914 and then lived alone.
