Virginia State Police charged Streke E Inyang 25 of Houston Texas with reckless driving after a Winnebago collided with an eastbound tractor-trailer on I 66 at mile marker 16 in Fauquier County near 8 30 p m. Matthew Joseph Embrey, 37, of Hunt Road, Front Royal, faces felony eluding law enforcement, weapons charges, abduction and reckless handling of a firearm in Warren County General District Court. He is jailed without bond at Rappahannock Shenandoah Warren Regional Jail and set to appear next Tuesday. Deputy Tyler Poer arrested Embrey after spotting a silver Volkswagen linked to the area.
