Blue Ridge Technical Center carpentry students completed a 12000 square foot modular house over two years. Sixteen students built the home adjacent to the school, handling framing roofing drywall insulation and plumbing while the electricity class installed outlets. The July 7 auction will offer the house to buyers and marks hands on experience for future construction workers.
