LFCC renamed Laurel Ridge Community College in Virginia
The State Board approves LFCC's name change to Laurel Ridge Community College for 2022 23, with John Tyler Community College becoming Brightpoint and Patrick Henry adding an ampersand. LFCC will transition over the 2021 22 to 2022 23 academic years while degrees remain unaffected. The college serves Winchester and Clarke Fauquier Frederick Page Rappahannock Shenandoah and Warren counties.
