Conor Wright, 25, of Front Royal, returns to Warren County General District Court at 2:45 p.m. March 16 for a reckless driving summons tied to a Nov. 11 fire engine collision with a westbound pickup. The continuance was requested by both Wrights defense attorney and the Commonwealth's Attorney. Subpoenas issued to eight people including a state trooper and a fire marshal. Wright faces up to 12 months in jail and a $2,500 fine plus costs.
Jerrell S. Leadman Jr. of 201 Whitney Lane Bentonville faces two felony counts of child endangerment and one count of driving under the influence after a single vehicle crash August 10 in Warren County. A 7 year old girl died and a 4 year old boy was treated for minor injuries. Preliminary hearing was moved to May 12 as the case remains under investigation. Leadman is free on a 7500 dollar bond assisted by attorney Beau Bassler.
