WHITE POST The Foundation of the State Arboretum at Blandy Experimental Farm and the Northern Shenandoah Valley Master Gardeners Association host their sixth annual seed exchange from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday Jan. 30 in the Blandy library. Bring seeds plants roots cuttings books or magazines to swap. At 11 a.m. forest Pritchard author of Growing Tomorrow reads and signs books. Vendors offer live herbs dried herb products and teas. Admission is free. Blandy Farm sits east of the intersection of U.S. 340 and U.S. 50 near White Post.
