Third suspect in violent drug arrest among December Warren County indictments
Front Royal Virginia reports the December Warren County Circuit Court grand jury indicted Everette Schwartz 32 of Brooklyn Maryland on possession with intent to distribute fentanyl and conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute a controlled substance. The case stems from an undercover drug deal ending with a vehicle pursuit and gunfire. Schwartz remains jailed without bond and faces an April 1 court date.
