Warren County weighs surge in short term rentals permits
Warren County reports a record number of permit requests for short term tourist rentals. The Planning Commission endorsed four conditional use permit applications and hearings are expected in coming weeks. Of 60 total rentals, 47 hold active permits and 13 are grandfathered from before 2012. Almost half of non active permits were approved in 2021. Seven permits remain in application.
