Minersville man charged after high speed pursuit across counties
Scott A. Parsons, 34, faces multiple charges in Frederick and Warren counties after fleeing Winchester officers and reaching speeds to 125 mph on I-81. The pursuit ended when Parsons crashed near Guard Hill Road, fled on foot, and was captured with minor injuries treated at Warren Memorial Hospital. An accompanying female passenger was released without charges. Parsons is held without bond at ASW Regional Jail. State police and sheriff’s deputies assisted.
