Mount Jackson standoff ends with surrender after 20 hours
Joshua Ryan Litten of Timberville surrendered to Shenandoah County deputies Wednesday after a near 20 hour standoff at Perry Trailer Park Mount Jackson. He faces multiple firearms charges and holds outstanding Rockingham County warrants. No injuries reported.
