Basye woman accuses Broadway official of assault
Rhonda Wroblewski of Basye filed misdemeanor charges of assault and battery and preventing 911 access against Chad Comer, owner of Blue Ribbon Nursery and Landscaping in Broadway. A court found sufficient evidence for assault and battery with a deferred disposition to December 19, 2023, contingent on conditions. Comer denied wrongdoing and said the matter is private.
