McDonald’s trial moved to August in fraud case
A federal judge postponed the trial of Jennifer Rae McDonald, former executive director of the Front Royal Warren County Economic Development Authority, from May 15 to August 21. The 34-count indictment includes wire and bank fraud, money laundering and aggravated identity theft. McDonald faces six weeks of jury trial in the Harrisonburg division with AUSA Rachel B.
