County commissioners face unapproved horse bill posting
At a Brown County board meeting Commissioner Hurlbut presented a fifty dollar bill for a horse’s use over the past year. Boardman objected to mileage payments, but Chairman Lavin and Mr. Swift overruled the objection. Swift’s own bill was stamped approved without a vote.
