A violent wind and rain storm paralyzed Kansas City Missouri on the 11th. Darkness, floods, and debris halted daily life as vehicles overturned and storefronts flooded. Damage is estimated at $150,000 with 381 wounded and 24 killed.
Herr Jown Most an anarchist and agitator was arrested Tuesday night at 10 at 198 Allen Street New York City. Four detectives and Inspector Bryans removed him from under a bed after a struggle. He is jailed at police headquarters and linked to newspapers and bombs. weapons and dynamite literature were found in the house.
