County Financials and Board Proceedings of January 1886
Balance and disbursement figures for 1885 and January 1 1886 are listed with territorial and school funds. The January 13 1886 Columbia County Board of Commissioners adjourned meeting approved liquor bonds and numerous expenses including prisoners care printing stationery and justice fees.
