South Dakota division campaign plans outlined by executive council

At Yankton meeting of the division party executive council Gen Campbell of Scotland led steps to raise funds for printing circulars stationery and postage. A county assessment was set to fund activities with First National Bank of Yankton named treasurer. Committees authorized to hire clerical help and publish division information to farmers and agricultural papers. County committees urged to canvass and prepare for a strong turnout this fall.
