Farmers Institute meeting selects experiments for next season
The Farmers Institute at Warner in the town hall on March 27 elected Dr. J. W. Cook as chair, Wm. Rehfeld as president, and John Rates as secretary. Plans include sowing corn, oats, alfalfa and wheat on various plots, with several members choosing fodder crops and potatoes. The group will form The Farmers Institute of Warner and invite all farmers to report results at next fall's Warner meeting.
